Main course

  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • Slice of rustic ham 12 cm wide.
  • Honey, for lubrication
  • 3 thick slices of pork sausage
  • 3 thick slices of bacon
  • 2 large eggs

Crispy potato for breakfast

  • 1 kg. red potato
  • 1/4 Art. olive oil
  • 4 tbsp. l (60 gr.) Melted butter

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large skillet with a non-stick coating on moderately melt 1 tbsp high heat l (15 gr.) Butter. Slightly grease the ham with honey, then fry to make it hard, about 1.5 minutes on each side. Lay out pans.
  2. Then fry the sausage and bacon together. The sausage will be ready when browned nicely, fry for about 3 minutes each parties; the bacon is ready when it becomes crispy, fry for 7-10 minutes from each side. Put out of the pan. Drain excess fat but not wipe the pan.
  3. Put a second spoonful of butter in a pan and melt. Fry the eggs in a pan and fry for 2 minutes, salt and pepper. Turn the eggs over and fry them another 45 seconds.
  4. Serve eggs, sausage, bacon and ham on a plate with crispy potatoes for breakfast.
  5. Crisp for breakfast:

    In a medium-sized saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add potatoes and cook until tender (but so that it does not fell apart), about 15 minutes. Drain and give potatoes dry completely, then cut into slices.

  6. In a frying pan over medium heat, heat the olive and butter. Put potatoes, salt, pepper and fry until golden brown and crisp, 10-15 minutes.
