  • 3/4 Art. walnuts
  • 2 tbsp. l Sahara
  • 1 tbsp. l honey
  • Juice of one lemon
  • Pinch of pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grease a heat-resistant pan or baking dish with butter oil, add grapes and walnuts; sprinkle with sugar. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 250-260C, approximately 25 min

Put the pan with filtered juice on the stove, add honey and simmer until until the syrup begins to thicken, 6 – 7 minutes. Turn off the fire and add lemon juice and a pinch of pepper.
