- 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
- 500 gr. seedless grapes
- 3/4 Art. walnuts
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- Juice of one lemon
- Pinch of pepper

Recipe preparation:
- Grease a heat-resistant pan or baking dish with butter oil, add grapes and walnuts; sprinkle with sugar. Bake in the oven at a temperature of 250-260C, approximately 25 min
- Strain the juice obtained by baking grapes with walnuts nuts into the pan, through a colander. Put the pan with filtered juice on the stove, add honey and simmer until until the syrup begins to thicken, 6 – 7 minutes. Turn off the fire and add lemon juice and a pinch of pepper. Pour grapes syrup.
