  1. Cook rice in salted water in a ratio of 1: 1.5 under closed cover for 15 minutes. Then, without opening the lid, we insist under towel 10 minutes.
  2. If the soybean sprouts are too long, cut them in half.
  3. Soak the mushrooms in warm water for 30 minutes and recline on colander. We remove the legs, cut the hats.
  4. Cut the pepper and zucchini into cubes, onions and carrots – into strips.
  5. In a large pan, heat oil, fry vegetables and mushrooms until golden brown 10 minutes. 2-3 minutes before ready add soybean and pea sprouts. Mix vegetables with rice.
  6. Before serving, you can pour a little soy sauce. Have a nice appetite!
