Rice with fried eggs and kimchi

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 6 tbsp. boiled brown rice
  • 2 tbsp. kimchi cabbage
  • 1/3 Art. rice vinegar
  • 4 strips of bacon
  • 1 tsp vegetable oil
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 avocado, peeled, pitted and chopped
  • 2 chopped green onions
  • 2 tsp dark sesame oil

Recipe preparation:

  1. Mix kimchi, vinegar and 0.5 tbsp in a blender. water and grind to homogeneous consistency.
  2. In a medium-sized bowl, mix boiled rice, half the sauce kimchi and 0.5 tsp salt. Cover and preheat in microwave, stirring for 4 minutes.
  3. Meanwhile, in a large frying pan with non-stick coating on medium heat fry the bacon until it becomes crispy, 4-5 minutes on each side. Put on a plate covered with paper towel to drain excess fat, then chop coarsely.
  4. Wipe the pan in which the bacon was fried. Add vegetable oil and put on a moderately strong fire. Smash in a pan eggs and salt a little. Fry until squirrels harden, and the yolks will be still liquid, about 4 minutes. Take off fire.
  5. Arrange hot rice in plates. Top for each serving put on scrambled eggs, avocado, bacon, remaining kimchi sauce and onions. Sprinkle 0.5 tsp. sesame oil.
