Difficulty: easy in recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1/4 red onion heads, cut into thin slices
  • 250 gr frozen ravioli with cheese
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 grated clove of garlic
  • 1/2 tsp lemon zest
  • Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
  • 1/2 tbsp. halved cherry tomatoes
  • 1/4 Art. chopped olives
  • Minced parsley

Recipe preparation:

  1. Pour onion with cold water and ice and leave for 20 minutes, then drain the water.
  2. Meanwhile, boil ravioli in plenty of salt water until ready. Discard in a colander and rinse under cold water.
  3. Mix olive oil, lemon juice in a large salad bowl, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste. Add ravioli, onions, cherry tomatoes, olives, a small amount of parsley and mix.
