Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/4 red onion heads, cut into thin slices
- 250 gr frozen ravioli with cheese
- 1 tbsp. l olive oil
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
- 1 grated clove of garlic
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers
- 1/2 tbsp. halved cherry tomatoes
- 1/4 Art. chopped olives
- Minced parsley

Recipe preparation:
- Pour onion with cold water and ice and leave for 20 minutes, then drain the water.
- Meanwhile, boil ravioli in plenty of salt water until ready. Discard in a colander and rinse under cold water.
- Mix olive oil, lemon juice in a large salad bowl, garlic, lemon zest, salt and pepper to taste. Add ravioli, onions, cherry tomatoes, olives, a small amount of parsley and mix.
