  • 1 tbsp. raspberries

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 220 ° C. Grind cottage cheese in a blender to a homogeneous consistency. Add icing sugar, cream cheese, flour and vanilla extract, mix until smooth.
  2. Lay the dough sheets on a flat surface and cover a little wet kitchen towel. Cut a sheet of parchment paper slightly larger than the dough sheet. Put on prepared parchment sheet 1 layer of dough with the wide side facing you (keep the rest of the dough sheets covered). Spread the dough with 1 tbsp. l ghee and sprinkle with 1 tbsp. l crushed cracker. Cover with another layer of dough, grease again and sprinkle cracker.   3. Spread the filling according to the test, leaving an indent of 2.5 cm from long edges and 5 cm. from short edges. Sprinkle raspberries on top.
