Difficulty: Easy Servings: 6 The recipes use measuring containers with a volume of: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (st.) – 120 ml 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 2 tbsp. frozen raspberries
  • 4 tsp powdered sugar
  • 2 tbsp. with top of milk yogurt
  • 1/2 tbsp. crumbled oatmeal cookies
  • Additional equipment: 6 glasses (3/4 tbsp.)

Recipe preparation:

  1. Put frozen raspberries in a sugar blender and mashed. You may have to wait, because frozen berries are very hard and they’re hard to beat. Put 1-2 tsp in each glass. raspberry mash, put 2 tbsp. on top l yogurt and sprinkle a layer of crumbs from cookies.
  2. Pour the cookies with 1 more layer of yogurt, then raspberry puree and, finally lay out another layer of crumbs. This dessert can be prepared the day before, in this case, pour the last layer of cookies before serve, leaving a layer of yogurt on top. Cover food film.
