Ingredients for the recipe:
- 4 tbsp. boiled quinoa, cooled
- 1 lime juice and zest
- 3 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 tbsp. white grapes cut in half
- 1.5 tbsp. diced cucumbers
- 0.5 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh mint
- 0.5 tbsp. coarsely chopped fresh parsley
- 4 feathers of green onions, white and light green parts, chopped
- 1 diced avocado

Recipe preparation:
- In a large bowl, combine the zest and lime juice and olive oil. Taste, salt and pepper.
