Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 500 gr. Orange Flavored Gelatin
  • 12 cherries maraschino
  • 1.5 tbsp. vodka, optional
  • 2 tbsp. l brown sugar
  • 2 tsp spices for pumpkin pie (nutmeg, allspice pepper, clove)
  • You will need: a mold for 12 mini muffins.

Recipe preparation:

  1. Lightly sprinkle the muffin pan with a non-stick culinary spray. Put in the center of the cherry.
  2. In a bowl, dilute gelatin 2 tbsp. water, until completely dissolved. Add vodka (or replace it with 1.5 tbsp. Of cold water), brown sugar and spices for pumpkin pie and okay everything mix. Pour the mixture into the prepared molds and cool, until frozen, about 2 hours.
  3. Carefully turn the mold onto a clean surface and lightly bend so that the jelly falls out. Jelly can be stored in the refrigerator during a week in a closed container or wrapped in food film.
