 Time: 11 мин.Difficulty: easy Servings: 2 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml.  3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml.  1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml.  1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml.  1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml.  1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml.  1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Syrup
- 1 tbsp. maple syrup
 - 5 tbsp. l chopped toasted pecans
 
Pancake
- 1 tbsp. flour mixture for fritters recipe see here
 - 2/3 Art. cold water
 - 1/3 Art. pumpkin puree
 - 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
 - 1/8 tsp ground ginger
 - Cooking oil spray
 - Butter

Recipe preparation:
- Make pecan syrup: mix maple syrup and pecans in a small bowl suitable for heating in microwave oven. Microwave at high heating for about 25 seconds. Set the pecan syrup aside and keep it hot.
 - Cook the pancakes: in a medium bowl, mix the flour mix for pancakes, water, pumpkin puree, cinnamon and ginger (not mix the mixture for too long, the mixture should not be homogeneous).
 - Sprinkle the pan with vegetable oil and heat to average temperature. Put in a pan for 2 tbsp. l test. Fry for 2 minutes or until bubbles appear, then turn over the pancakes and continue to fry for another 2 minutes. Shift Pancakes on plates. Put a piece of pancakes on top butter and pour in warm pecan syrup.
