- 700 gr puff pastry
- 1 egg, beaten with 2 tbsp. l water for greasing dough
Banana peanut butter
- 1/4 Art. peanut butter
- Diced banana
Ham and gruyere
- 1/4 Art. diced black ham
- 1/4 Art. finely grated gruyere cheese
- Sesame seeds for sprinkling
Salty Pecan Iris
- 1/4 Art. finely chopped pecans
- 1/4 Art. crushed toffee toffee
- 1 pinch of salt

Recipe preparation:
- Divide the croissant dough into 3 servings and roll each into a 30×10 cm rectangle. Cut each into 12 triangles (for salted caramel with pecan, you can cut the dough rectangles), make a notch on each triangle and wrap the filling in it, rolling the dough in the shape of a croissant.
- Lay the croissants on a baking sheet covered with paper for baking, at a distance of 5 cm from each other and cover lightly a kitchen towel, and on top – cling film. Leave for 1 hour 30 minutes for the dough to rise.
- Preheat the oven to 190 ° C. Grease all the croissants with an egg. Sprinkle sesame seeds with ham and croissants. Bake for 12 to 15 minutes, until they become saturated golden color. Croissants are better serve the same day they are baked.
- If you want to cook them in advance, you can knead the dough, roll it up and leave to rise. And the next morning, cut and twist croissants. If desired, freeze croissants with a filling on a baking sheet (it is better not to freeze croissants with banana filling), then put them in a bag and store in the freezer. Before by baking, unfreeze them and set to rise for 3 hours.
