Recipe preparation:

  1. Open one packet of dough and place on lightly sprinkled flour surface. Roll the dough into a large rectangle. Roll a second packet of dough with the same size and thickness.
  2. Place the slices of cheese in one layer on top of one rectangle test. Place the second rectangle of dough on top of the cheese slices. Fold the right side of the dough one third to the center and do that same on the left side to fold the dough. Fold the dough yet time. Using a knife, cut 4 round donuts.
  3. Pour enough oil into a thick-walled pan so that it covered the bottom by 7 cm. Heat the oil to 170 ° C according to the culinary thermometer. Fry the donuts in batches until golden brown, about 1 min. from each side. Put on the wire rack.
  4. Combine the mustard and honey in a small bowl. Grease the top of the donuts mustard with honey and sprinkle with chopped bacon, if you like. Serve immediately.
