Ingredients for the recipe:
- 900 gr. young potatoes with peel cut into large cubes
- 2 tbsp. l cider vinegar
- 300 gr frozen peas
- 3/4 Art. mayonnaise
- 3/4 Art. sour cream
- 1/2 tbsp. chopped chives
- 1/2 tbsp. dill
- Salt and Freshly Ground Peppers

Recipe preparation:
- Put the potatoes in a large pot and pour cold water 5 cm., add salt. Bring to a boil and cook until potatoes will not become soft. Using a slotted spoon, shift the potatoes In a bowl, add apple cider vinegar.
