- 500 gr. potato
- 1 tbsp. l cider vinegar
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
- 1/4 Art. sour cream
- 2 tbsp. l table horseradish
- 2 tbsp. l chopped chives or green Luke
- 1 stalk of celery, cut into thin slices
