In addition, it is quite flexible in terms of ingredients, because housewives stew meat with any vegetables, which they have. But still the most popular and basic vegetables potatoes, carrots, onions and tomatoes are considered stews. And his taste will directly depend on additional ingredients in the form spices and aromatic herbs. Slow cook the pork with vegetables, seasoning the stew with garlic, celery and ginger. - 3 bay leaves
- 1 piece of pork shoulder on bone or pork tenderloin (0.9-1.2 kg.)
- 1 tsp dried thyme
- 0.5 tsp ground allspice
- 1 can of 400 gr. canned tomatoes, chopped cubes

Recipe preparation:
- Put potatoes, carrots, celery, garlic in a slow cooker and ginger. Stir in half the flour, salt and pepper. Put bay leaf on top.
- Rub the pork liberally with salt and pepper, sprinkle with thyme and allspice and roll in the remaining flour. Put the pork in slow cooker on top of vegetables. Add 2 tbsp. water and tomatoes cover and cook with low heat for 8 hours.
- Remove the bay leaf. Then put the meat and chop it or separate from the bone and divide the pork into large pieces. Serve in bowls with vegetables and broth.
