- 450 gr small potato
- 1 rutabaga (approximately 0.5 kg.), Peeled and chopped into pieces 1.5 cm
- 1 can 410 gr. diced tomatoes
- 1.5 tsp Sahara
- 1 tbsp. fresh mint leaves

Recipe preparation:
- In a food processor, mix 2 tbsp. l salt, 1 tsp black pepper, coriander, red pepper, sage, thyme, rosemary, bay leaf and garlic and chop to make a paste. Generate all surface of the pork with a knife and grate with spicy paste. Dress up spatula with kitchen twine so that it retains its shape.
