Pork cooked in homemade lagman is very good. At least to the rules and it should be prepared from beef or lamb, and all it’s equally impossible to resist and not make lagman delicious, flavored pork.

  1. Cut lard into small cubes. Pork Lagman

  9. Cut the pepper into large half rings. Garlic cut into 6 parts. Cut the tomatoes into cubes, cutting out the core.
  10. Put all the vegetables in a cauldron, pour spices on them, salt and mix.
  11. Pour in hot water, barely covering vegetables.
  12. Cover, simmer for 40 minutes.
  13. Boil the noodles and arrange them in portions in bowls. On noodles put vegetables with meat and pour them with broth. Lagman is ready.
