Pork ham with beans in barbecue sauce in slow cooker

For this recipe you will need the front pork ham, which will be cooked in a slow cooker simultaneously with white beans. First mix raw beans with all the ingredients for the sauce, and then put the meat on it, set the slow cooker to maximum temperature and cook for 8 hours.   • 1 small onion, finely chopped
  • 0.5 tbsp. ketchup
  • 1/4 Art. maple syrup
  • 1/4 Art. brown sugar
  • 2 tbsp. l mustard
  • 1.5 tbsp. l molasses
  • 2 tsp Worcester sauce
  • 1 tsp apple cider vinegar
  • 1 pork ham on a bone weighing 2-3 kg.

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a slow cooker with a volume of 6 liters. mix beans, 3 tbsp. water, onions, ketchup, maple syrup, brown sugar, mustard, molasses, Worcester sauce, vinegar and 1/4 tsp. pepper. Put a ham on top cover and cook with high heat for 8 hours.
  2. Transfer meat to a dish and remove excess fat from beans. Slice the meat and serve with beans.
