  • 12 fresh plums
  • 1 tbsp. brandy

  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/4 Art. fat cream
  • 2 tbsp. l wheat flour
  • 1 tbsp. l fresh lemon juice
  • 1 tsp natural vanilla extract
  • 1 unbaked base for a pie (25 cm in diameter)
  • 1 tbsp. sweet whipped cream
  • 8 sprigs of fresh mint

Recipe preparation:

  1. Cut the plums in half. Put them in a shallow dish and pour brandy. Cover with cling film and refrigerate for 2 hours
