Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 1,5 – 2 tbsp. diced smoked ham
  • 1.5 tbsp. blanched rice
  • 2 cans of canned white beans
  • 2 tbsp. l vegetable oil
  • 1 medium onion, cut into cubes
  • 1 medium green bell pepper, cut cubes
  • 3 stalks of celery, cut into slices
  • 2 cloves of garlic, chop
  • Coarse salt
  • Spicy sauce

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a preheated pan with a thick bottom, fry vegetables: onions, bell peppers, celery, garlic, about 7 minutes, to salt.
  2. Cook pilaf: mix rice, ham, beans and 2 tbsp. water. Bring to a boil, mix and cook, reducing heat until rice will not become soft, about 15 to 20 minutes. Remove from stove and give stand.
  3. Arrange pilaf in portions, pour with any hot sauce, desire.
