  1. Wash my chicken and dry with a paper towel. Cut on large enough pieces, salt. In a cauldron or in a deep in a frying pan, mix vegetable oil with olive and well warm the oil mixture. Spread chicken pieces in butter and fry over high heat until golden.
  2. While the meat is fried, peel the onions and carrots. Chop the onion small cubes, and carrots – longitudinal large cubes.
  3. Add vegetables to the chicken. Reduce the fire to low and put out 10 minutes under the lid, stirring occasionally.
  4. Add coarsely chopped garlic cloves and spices.
  5. We fall asleep 3 types of cereals: basmati rice, barley quick cooking and bulgur.
  6. Mix and warm over medium heat for 3 minutes.
  7. Pour hot boiled water so much that everything the contents of the cauldron (or deep pan) were covered. Solim. Close the lid and simmer for 8-10 minutes.
  8. Turn off the fire and leave the pilaf under a closed lid until full absorption of liquid. Thanks to this, cereals will be friable.
