Recipe:

In a bowl, mix 1 and 1/4 tbsp. granulated sugar, 1/4 tbsp. light brown sugar, 2 tbsp. l flour and 1/2 tsp salt. ВIn a separate bowl, mix 1/2 tbsp. 4 room cream eggs at room temperature, 6 tbsp. l chilled melted butter, zest and juice of 1 lemon and 1 tsp. vanilla extract. Add the sugar mixture. Pour mixture onto cake from graham crackers from whole wheat flour with a diameter of 22 cm and bake at 175 degrees 45 minutes until golden crusts and full readiness.
