Pie “Cannoli with cherry” – a recipe for an American pie with filling, in which includes the ingredients of the Italian dessert “Cannoli” (Traditional Sicilian dessert made from waffle tubes filled with curd cheese with the addition of various sweet fillers).
Melted chocolate is distributed over the cake from the cookies, then cooked cherries with sugar, butter and starch. Cream of ricotta cheese with cottage cheese is laid out on top cheese, and added pistachios and icing sugar. Then share cooled to harden.

85 gr. distribute the melted chocolate over the baked cake whole wheat crackers 22 cm in diameter Cool until the chocolate has hardened. 350 gr pitted cherries cook with 3 tbsp. l sugar, 1 tbsp. l (15 gr.) Butter and 1 tsp vanilla extract in a pan over medium heat for 5 minutes. Mix 1 tbsp. l starch and 3 tbsp. l water mix add to cherry and cook 3 minutes before thickening. Cool then pour on the cake. 1 tbsp. ricotta cheese, 1/2 tbsp. pistachios cottage cheese and powdered sugar, 1 tsp. vanilla extract and 1/4 tsp grind almond extract to a puree state and lay out on top of the cherry. Sprinkle with chopped pistachios and candied orange peel. Refrigerate for 1 hour before complete hardening.
