  • 2 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:

  2. Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder and soda in a large bowl. Beat with a whisk in a separate bowl, egg, milk, kefir and vanilla extract, until smooth. Then mix the egg mass, ghee and margarine with flour mixture.
  3. Preheat the waffle iron and grease with melted butter. Pour the batter in portions into a waffle iron and sprinkle with 2 tbsp. l roasted pecans. Bake wafers until golden brown, then put on a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven. Continue bake the rest of the waffles. When serving, put on the waffles by a slice of butter and pour maple syrup.
