For salad:
- 60 gr gorgonzola cheese
- 8 tbsp. romaine lettuce or young spinach
- 1 ripe pear
- 1/3 Art. pomegranate seeds
- Freshly ground pepper
- 1 tbsp. l honey
For salad dressing:
- 1/4 Art. champagne vinegar
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tsp chopped garlic
- 1 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- In a small glass bowl, mix vinegar from champagne, Dijon mustard, garlic, lemon juice and black crushed pepper. Then, whisking dressing, pour in olive oil. Divide the mixture in half, and cool (the rest can use as needed or leave for next cooking).
- Cut the pear in half, and then cut into thin slices under angle; fill a large salad bowl. Add romaine lettuce, pomegranate, crumble Gorgonzola cheese, and pour champagne dressing. From above sprinkle evenly with ground pepper, then spread the salad over servings, and pour a little honey. Serve immediately.
