Pear in wine

Make a dessert in just 15 minutes: peel 4 pears and cores, cut in half. Put them in a shallow bowl, adding 1 tbsp. white wine, 2/3 tbsp. sugar, 2 strips of grapefruit zest and 1 vanilla bean cut in half along. Cover plastic wrap and place in the microwave for 10 minutes.
