Peanuts and Grapes Pudding

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4.5 tbsp. milk
  • 5 beaten egg yolks from eggs of category CO
  • 1 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/3 Art. corn starch
  • 2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tbsp. cut into quarters along red grapes, plus 6-8 whole berries for decoration
  • 1/3 Art. coarsely chopped roasted peanuts
  • 1/3 Art. Peanut Butter Chips

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan over medium heat, heat 4 tbsp. milk until steam appears. In a large bowl, combine sugar, corn starch and salt. Enter the egg yolks and the remaining 1/2 tbsp. milk.
  2. Add half the hot milk to the egg mixture and beat until homogeneous state, then gradually enter the egg and milk mix into the pan to the remaining hot milk. Cook on average fire, stirring constantly with a whisk until the mixture boils. Continue to cook, stirring constantly, until the mixture thickens until pudding consistency, 3-4 min. Remove from heat and add vanilla extract.
  3. Cool slightly, mixing several times, so as not to form film. Put a piece of food film directly on top surface of the pudding and refrigerate it so that it completely cooled and thickened for about 4 hours. Yield: 5 tbsp. Before serve vigorously whisk pudding with a whisk until smooth consistency. Gently mix grapes, peanuts and chips from peanut butter. Arrange the pudding into 6-8 separate cups and each garnish with a whole grape.
