Peach Yogurt Ice Cream

For a wonderful light dessert that is impossible to refuse, it will take quite a bit of time and effort. You will appreciate not only its taste, but also good, because it is prepared from fresh fruits and yogurt and can easily replace traditional ice cream. To to preserve the naturalness of such a dessert, do not add to it artificial additives, dyes and cooking sprinkles. TO Frozen yogurt is much better suited to honey, nuts or сухофрукты. Вrecipes use measured containers with a volume of: 1 glass (tbsp.) – 240 ml 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cups (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp. l.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 tbsp. peeled and sliced peaches
  • 1/2 tbsp. powdered sugar (fructose)
  • 2 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp. yogurt
  • 3/4 Art. chilled cream, whipped to soft peaks

Recipe preparation:

  1. Grind peaches in a mashed blender. Add sugar, lemon juice and vanilla, continue to stir with a mixer until full dissolving sugar.
  2. Beat the peach puree with yogurt. When the puree gets homogeneous consistency, add whipped cream and transfer to an ice cream maker according to the manufacturer’s instructions.
  3. Put frozen yogurt in a non-oxidizing container and put in the freezer for at least 3 hours.
