  • 1/3 Art. dried cherries
  • 2 tbsp. l Dijon mustard
  • 1 tbsp. l olive oil
  • 2 tbsp. l (30 gr.) Butter
  • 1 medium sized shallot diced head
  • 1 chopped clove of garlic
  • 3/4 tsp coarse salt
  • Ground black pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a medium-sized saucepan over medium heat, melt vegetable oil with butter. Put onion, garlic, salt pepper and cook until soft, about 4 minutes. Add the peaches brown sugar, cherries and mustard. Cook periodically stirring until the peaches boil, juice does not stand out from them, and they will not turn into a thick jam with slices, about 8 minutes. Cool and serve at room temperature with chicken or pork. Output: 2 tbsp.
