Peaches
- 8 peaches
- 3 tbsp. water
- 3.5 tbsp. Sahara
- 1 opened vanilla pod
- 2 tbsp. l lemon juice
Raspberry sauce
- 3 tbsp. raspberries
- 1/4 Art. powdered sugar
- 1 tbsp. l lemon juice

Recipe preparation:
- Pour water into a wide pot, add lemon juice and sugar vanilla pod. Heat until sugar dissolves. Bring the mixture to a boil and cook for about 5 minutes, then reduce the heat, so that the liquid boils heavily. Cut the peaches in half. If a the bones are well removed, then remove them, if not, then you can do it later. Boil the peach halves in sugar syrup for about 2-3 minutes on each side, depending on the ripeness of the fruit. Check by pressing the cut with the tip of the knife. If the peaches are soft, put them on a plate with a slotted spoon.
- When all the peaches are ready, peel them and give cool (then you can remove the remaining bones). If you cook them in advance, in one day, then cool the syrup and pour them peaches. If not, pour the syrup into a container and freeze to use for the next cooking peaches.
- To make raspberry sauce, beat raspberries, icing sugar and lemon juice in a blender or food processor. Strain through a sieve to remove the seeds, and pour the puree into jug. To serve dessert, take 2 halves of peach per serving, put them on a plate with 1-2 balls of ice cream. Pour over raspberry sauce.
