  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1 tsp finely grated lemon peel
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp nutmeg

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 230 ° C. Make the top: mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt and nutmeg in a large a bowl.
