Peach cobbler in a slow cooker

  • 100 gr. oatmeal
  • 110 gr. wheat flour

  • 0.5 tsp freshly ground allspice
  • 0.5 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
  • 1/4 tsp coarse salt
  • 1/4 Art. unsalted butter at room temperature, plus a little more for a slow cooker
  • 550 gr sliced frozen peaches

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large bowl, combine sugar, oatmeal, flour, baking powder, allspice, nutmeg and table salt. Add oil and make a tiny structure out of the mixture. Intervene slices of peaches.
  2. Lubricate the 3-liter multicooker bowl with oil. Add the mixture to bowl and cook at low power for 3-3.5 hours. Serve cobler hot.
