Recipe preparation:
- Pumpkin granola (muesli): Preheat the oven to 160 ° C. Lay out a shape the size of half a sheet of parchment paper and sprinkle lightly on the cooking spray. Set aside. Add up oatmeal, seeds and nuts in a large bowl. Mix pumpkin puree, sugar, maple syrup, butter and spices in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat. Cook for 1 minute, stirring occasionally. Take off fire and stir in vanilla extract.
- Pour the liquid ingredients into the cereal mixture and well mix. The mixture will turn out to be quite liquid. Evenly distribute the granola in the prepared baking dish. Bake 20 minutes, then mix and bake for another 15-20 minutes, until granola will not turn golden brown and crispy. Cool on bars. Transfer to a bowl and add cranberries if used. Store in an airtight container in a cool, dark place no more than 1 week.
- Cranberry Jam: Mix Orange Juice, Zest and sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat. Cook until the sugar melts. Add cranberries, turn the heat on so that the mixture simmer slowly, and cook until the cranberries are cracked and the mixture will become a little thicker (it will become even thicker when it cools down), about 10 minutes. Transfer to a bowl and let cool. Must get about 2 glasses. Keep leftovers closed dishes in the refrigerator for no more than 2 weeks.
- Maple Yogurt: Beat yogurt and 2 tbsp. l maple syrup into a homogeneous mass; try and add more syrup over to taste. Chill.
- Pumpkin Syrup: Mix pumpkin puree and spices for pumpkin pie in a small saucepan over medium heat and cook until until the mixture slightly thickens and the spices give a flavor, about 3 minutes. Mix 2 tbsp. cold water, granulated sugar and brown sugar in a saucepan, bring to a boil over high heat and cook, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and slightly boil away, about 5 minutes.
- Turn down the heat to low, mix the mashed potatoes with spices and cook, stirring occasionally, 10 minutes. Do not give mixes boil after you add the puree, otherwise the syrup will cloudy (even after filtering). Remove from heat and give mixture cool for 10 minutes. Take a sieve, set over a medium bowl sizes and lay with several layers of gauze. Strain the mixture through strainer and let drain slowly into a bowl. Add vanilla to the syrup extract and transfer to a container with a well-fitting lid. Syrup can be stored in the refrigerator for no more than a month. You it will take approximately 1.5 tbsp.
- Collect the parfait: Lay out 0.25 st. maple yogurt in 4 bowls. Then lay out approximately 0.25 tbsp. pumpkin oat casseroles, another 0.25 tbsp. yogurt, about 2 tbsp. l cranberry jam then some more yogurt and some more baked granola. Pour Top 0.25 Art. pumpkin syrup. Serve on the table.
