Ingredients for the recipe:
- 2 tbsp. (480 ml.) Plain Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp. l honey
- Finely grated zest of 1 lime
- 1 tbsp. (185 gr.) Boiled quinoa, cooled
- 8 large strawberries, chopped
- 2 kiwi, peeled and diced

Recipe preparation:
- In a small bowl, combine yogurt, honey and lime zest.
- Put 4 low (180 ml.) Glasses for juice on the working surface and put on the bottom of each of 2 tbsp. l quinoa. Add 1/4 tbsp. (60 ml.) Yogurt in each glass, and then about 2 Art. l chopped strawberries and kiwi. Repeat layers in each glass and scatter all remaining fruits on top. Serve immediately.
