- 0.5 kg cervical-scapular part of beef
- 340 gr fresh pappardelle pasta
- 1 can (425 gr.) Canned grated tomatoes
- 1/4 Art. dry red wine
- 1 tbsp. l tomato paste
- 3 cloves of garlic, chopped
- 1 sprig of rosemary
- 1 parmesan rind 7 cm long.
- 3 tbsp. l chopped parsley
- 2 tbsp. l olive oil

Recipe preparation:
- In a 6 liter slow-cooker, mix tomatoes, wine, tomato pasta, garlic and 0.5 tsp. salt. Add rosemary and peel Parmesan Sprinkle beef with salt and black pepper and place in slow cooker. Close the lid and cook under low heat until meat will not become very soft, 7 hours. Shred the meat in Slow cooker with two forks, throwing large pieces of fat. Catch sprig of rosemary and parmesan rind.
- Pour water into a large pot, salt and bring to boiling. Add the paste and cook as recommended on packaging. Cast separately 0.5 tbsp. water, drain the rest. Return paste in the pan and add the chopped meat and sauce; intervene deferred pasta water. Cook over medium heat. stirring occasionally until the sauce thickens a little, 1-2 minutes. Salt, pepper and stir in half the parsley.
- Arrange on plates and drizzle with olive oil; sprinkle grated parmesan and remaining parsley.
