Recipe:

Cut one loaf (350 gr.) Rustic bread into slices 2.5 cm thick. Grill over medium heat until until marks from the grill appear, 2 minutes on each side; cut the bread into cubes. Cut 1 zucchini, zucchini and red onion 1.5 cm thick slices, cut 1 red bell pepper into four parts. Lubricate vegetables with olive oil, season with salt and pepper and grill until tender, about 5 minutes. Chop vegetables and mix with bread, 300 gr. halved cherry tomatoes, 1/2 tbsp. torn basil, 1/2 tbsp. olive oil and 1/4 tbsp. red wine vinegar. Season the panzanella salt and pepper.
