Pancakes with Chocolate Paste and Strawberries

A very quick recipe for pancakes with fresh strawberries and chocolate nut paste, which requires a minimum of effort and ingredients. Ease of preparation and delicious taste – here the merits of this dish. Great option for a lazy light breakfast or dessert.

Photo Pancakes with chocolate paste and strawberries Time: 2 час. 25 minutes Difficulty: easy Servings: 8 Measured containers are used in recipes volume: 1 cup (st.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cups (st.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (Art.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 4 eggs
  • 1 tbsp. milk
  • 1.5 tbsp. flour
  • 4 tbsp. l melted butter
  • A pinch of salt
  • Sliced strawberries
  • Chocolate Nut Paste, e.g. Nutella

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a blender, combine eggs, milk and 1 tbsp. water. Add the flour pour melted butter and add salt. Mix on high speed to uniformity, interrupting and scraping the mixture from the walls along as necessary. Pour the dough into a plastic container and refrigerate for two hours.
  2. Heat a non-stick pan with a diameter of 30 cm. For moderate high heat. Pour 1/2 tbsp. dough by rotating the pan to cover the bottom. Bake for 1-2 minutes and then gently turn over pancake. Put some chocolate on the top right of the pancake paste and place chopped strawberries on top. Roll up, take off pans and serve.
