- 1/4 tsp corn starch
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- A pinch of salt
- 1/2 tbsp. diced apples
- 1/8 tsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp. l cream cheese cream at room temperature
- 1/2 tbsp. whipped cream
- 1 tsp caramel cream dolce de leche, room temperature
- Powdered sugar for decoration, optional

Recipe preparation:
- Place a small non-stick pan on the stove coated, combine sugar, corn starch, cinnamon and salt with 2 tbsp. l cold water. Stir until dissolved. Add apples, lemon juice and mix. Put on medium heat and cover. Cook for about 5 minutes, periodically removing the lid and stirring, the apples should become soft, and the liquid – thicken.
- Remove the pan from the heat and transfer the mixture to a bowl. Give her cool for a few minutes. Thoroughly mix the creamy cream cheese. Add whipped cream.
- Spread the pancakes on a dry surface in an expanded form. Put the apple mixture on the pancakes in equal portions. Roll up each pancake with an envelope, first bending the edges inward, and then bending the edges up.
