Difficulty: medium Servings: 12 – 14 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 3 eggs
- 1 and 1/4 Art. wheat flour
- 1 tbsp. milk
- 1 tsp Sahara
- A pinch of salt
- 1 tbsp. mineral water
- Cooking Butter
- Raspberry jam or chocolate-nut paste for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Combine eggs, flour, milk, sugar and salt and cook thick the dough, as for pancakes. Let the dough stand for 1-2 hours.
- Just before cooking pancakes, at the very add carbonated water at the last moment.
- Preheat the pan with a diameter of 20 cm. When it is heated, add 1/4 tsp. butter. Melt it and turn frying pan grease its bottom.
- Pour a serving of dough into the pan and gently tilt and turn it so that the dough completely covers the bottom. When on bubbles appear on the surface of the pancake, turn it over and cook another 4-5 seconds Remove the pancake from the pan. Repeat the same action until the dough is over, greasing the pan with oil before each portion of the test.
- Serve with raspberry jam, chocolate paste or with your favorite stuffing. Fold the pancake with a straw and serve with fresh berries.
