Oven cinnamon donuts

For donuts:

  • Culinary spray with flour
  • 2 tbsp. premium wheat flour
  • 1.5 tbsp. Sahara
  • 2 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp ground nutmeg
  • 1/2 tsp coarse salt
  • 1 lightly beaten very large egg
  • 1 and 1/4 Art. milk
  • 2 tbsp. l melted unsalted butter
  • 2 tsp natural vanilla extract

For glaze:

  • 8 tbsp. l (110 g) unsalted butter
  • 1/2 tbsp. Sahara
  • 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon

Recipe preparation:

  1. Preheat the oven to 180C. Sprinkle two forms well for donuts.
  2. In a large bowl, combine flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt. In a small bowl, beat the egg, milk, melted butter and vanilla extract. Add liquid dry and mix the ingredients.
  3. Put the dough into the mold, filling each 3/4. Bake 17 min., To dry toothpicks. Cool for 5 minutes, then shake donuts on a baking sheet.
  4. For glaze, melt 8 tbsp. l butter in a saucepan 20 cm in diameter. In a small bowl, combine sugar and cinnamon. Dip each donut on one or both sides first in oil and then into cinnamon sugar.
