  1. Soak the funchose according to the instructions on the package.
  2. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Rub carrots on a coarse grater. Peking cabbage cut into strips.
  3. Fry onions and garlic in a pan. Add Peking cabbage and carrots. Mix. Put rice noodles. Add Soy sauce. Continue cooking, stirring, for 5 minutes.
  4. Break eggs into a bowl. Salt, pepper to taste. Good beat the omelet with a fork. Pour into a pan and fry.
  5. Put prepared vegetables with noodles on half omelet. Cover the filling with the second half of the omelet. Serve the hot omelet to table, sprinkled with green onions. You can pour the sauce.
