Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan, mix 4 tbsp. water, lemon juice, 1 and 1/4 tsp salt, 0.5 tsp pepper and red pepper and bring to boiling.
  2. Stir in oatmeal, spinach and tomatoes, reduce heat until medium and cook, stirring frequently, until the cereal is soft and the mixture does not thicken, about 7 minutes. Remove the pan from the stove and mix feta, olive oil and dill.
  3. Arrange oatmeal in bowls and garnish with onions and olives if use them.
