- 2.5 tbsp. confectionery flour (not self-rising)
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 0.5 tsp soda
- 0.5 tsp salt
Confectionery crumb (shtreisel)
- 1/4 Art. light brown sugar, with a dense filling at measurement
- 0.5 tbsp. flour
- 1.5 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 45 gr. cold butter, cut into pieces
- 3/4 Art. chopped walnuts, (optional)
Glaze
- 0.5 tbsp. powdered sugar
- 2 tbsp. l natural maple syrup

Recipe preparation:
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Lubricate with butter and sprinkle flour 25 cm. cupcake baking dish with a hole in the center.
