New Froze cocktail is a cross between a frozen cocktail and sorbet. Froze (English frozen + rosé – frozen pink wines) perfectly refreshes on a hot summer day and becomes excellent alcoholic dessert. Mix rose wine with strawberries and lemon juice, freeze in an ice cream maker. Taste of this the cocktail is deeper and more saturated due to the fact that no ice is added for its freezing. Difficulty: easy Servings: 6 In the recipes volumetric containers are used in volume: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cups (st.) – 180 ml. 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (Art.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cup (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp) – 15 ml. 1 teaspoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1 bottle (750 ml.) Chilled rose wine
- 2 tbsp. strawberries, peeled, cut in half and a little more for decoration
- 0.5 tbsp. ultrafine sugar
- 1/3 Art. lemon juice (about 3 lemons)
- Special equipment: ice cream maker

Recipe preparation:
- Pour wine, lemon juice into a blender, pour sugar and strawberries. Grind until smooth. Pour into the ice cream maker and cook in the coldest mode until the mass thickens, 45 – 60 minutes. Note Freezing time varies by model. ice cream makers.
