- 2 slices of white bread, torn into pieces
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled and crushed
- 4 tbsp. l olive oil
- 2 ripe avocados, peeled, pitted and cut along in half
- 3 tbsp. l freshly squeezed lemon juice
- 4 large eggs
- 2 radishes, thinly sliced
- 1 feather green onion, finely chopped
- Hot sauce and lemon slices for serving

Recipe preparation:
- Grind the bread in a blender to a very fine crumb (should get about 1.5 tbsp.)
- In a large skillet with a non-stick coating on moderately over high heat, heat the garlic and 3 tbsp. l olive oil until garlic will not fry and flavor will not go, 3-4 minutes. Throw away garlic. Add bread crumbs and fry, stirring frequently, until golden color, 5-7 minutes. Put on a plate covered with paper towel, and salt.
- Wipe the pan with a clean paper towel, add the remaining 1 tbsp. l olive oil and heat over high heat. Break the eggs and fry until the outer edges are crispy and lacy, but the yolks will still be a little moist, 1-2 minutes. Remove from heat and leave in pan until yolks congeal, 1-2 minutes.
- Lubricate slices of avocado halves with lemon juice and generously salt it. When working with 1 half at a time, roll avocados in breadcrumbs, turning and slapping it lightly, to cover the entire surface and recess. Remaining breadcrumbs set aside crackers.
- To serve, place 1 half avocado on a small a plate. Sprinkle with a little breadcrumbs and put fried eggs on top, sprinkle with green onions, radish and drizzle with hot sauce.
