Healthy broth in a multicooker
I didn’t like this recipe because it’s the perfect dinner for losing weight. You can always add something to such a broth: vegetables, meat, greens. This is what they do in Europe. That such a soup especially recommended for children, allowed the dish to take first place in my culinary preferences.
To make healthy broth in we will need a slow cooker:
- Parsnip – 2 roots.
- Carrots – 3pcs.
- Tomato – 2pcs.
- Onion – 2pcs.
- Celery – 8 petioles.
- Parsley and root.
- Garlic – 3 cloves.
- Cinnamon – 0.5 tsp.
- Carnation – 1 pc.
- Ground black pepper and allspice (peas) – to taste.
- Nutmeg is a pinch.
- Olive oil – 2 tablespoons
Do not be afraid of such a large number of spices. This a delicious bouquet in conjunction with vegetables gives the broth in multi-cooker incomparable benefit and aroma!
Prepare a healthy broth in a multicooker it is possible so:
Parsley root, carrots cut into large pieces and just fry without oil. So that formed “golden” markings.
Finely chop the remaining vegetables and transfer to slow cooker.
Combine all ingredients (except parsley), olive oil and fill with water (up to the mark on the bowl).
Close the slow cooker, and in the “quenching” mode, cook the broth 1.5 hours.
At the final stage, add parsley.
I recommend you to strain the cooled broth.
Tasty tips
I try to always have a “vegetable elixir of health” in the refrigerator. If desired, I can always add strips of boiled meat, rice, boiled potatoes, sour cream. It’s very convenient, but the main thing is benefit!
