Chickpeas in a slow cooker:
- 7 tbsp. water
- 450 gr sorted and washed dried chickpeas
- 1/4 tsp baking soda (to soften the outer shell)
- Additional equipment: multicooker 2.5 l.

Recipe preparation:
- Put chickpeas, garlic and coarse salt in a food processor bowl. Beat for 15-20 seconds. Stop the harvester, collect the pieces, adhering to the edges of the bowl, and whisk again for 15-20 seconds. Add lemon juice and water. Beat for 20 seconds. Add sesame seeds pasta. Beat for 20 seconds, then collect what is stuck along the edges of the bowl. Without turning off the combine, add olive oil. Transfer hummus into a bowl and drizzle with olive oil again. butter, sprinkle with sumac to taste and serve.
- Cooking chickpeas in a multicooker: Into a multicooker 2.5 liters pour water and put chickpeas and soda. Close the lid and cook at maximum temperature for 4 hours, or at minimum temperature for 8-9 hours, or until soft. Drain decoction and serve immediately, or use in dishes.
