Meat salad with pasta, bell pepper and green beans

Hearty pasta salad from Food Network magazine, to cook which you spend no more than 20 min., seasoned with cream cheese sauce with mayonnaise, fresh garlic and Parmesan. Recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.

Ingredients for the recipe:

  • 225 gr. shell-shaped pasta
  • Coarse salt
  • 1 tbsp. chopped finished steak
  • 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped finished bacon
  • 1 tbsp. diced green bell pepper
  • 1 tbsp. chopped blanched green beans
  • 1/4 Art. mayonnaise
  • 1/4 Art. sour cream
  • 1 tbsp. l lemon juice
  • 1/4 tsp garlic press
  • 3/4 Art. grated parmesan cheese
  • Freshly ground pepper

Recipe preparation:

  1. In a large saucepan, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to the instructions on the package. Then drain the water. Rinse with cold water to make pasta ceased to boil from their own heat. Transfer to large bowl.In a bowl with pasta, add slices of steak, Bulgarian peppers, green beans and bacon.
  2. Prepare dressing: in a bowl, mix mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, parmesan, salt and pepper to taste. Pour the resulting sauce pasta salad and mix well. Salt and pepper. Put in a cold place for 3 hours.
