Who would have thought that it is so simple and fast to cook one of the most beloved, nostalgic treats? Marmalade bears, may have been your favorite sweets in childhood and now they become a popular treat again with this quick and easy recipe at home.
Time: 45 мин.Difficulty: easy Quantity: 100 pcs. The recipes use dimensional capacity: 1 cup (tbsp.) – 240 ml. 3/4 cup (st.) – 180 ml 1/2 cup (tbsp.) – 120 ml. 1/3 cup (st.) – 80 ml. 1/4 cups (st.) – 60 ml. 1 tablespoon (tbsp.) – 15 ml. 1 teahouse spoon (tsp) – 5 ml.
Ingredients for the recipe:
- 1/2 tbsp. fruit juice, for example, from cranberries, grapes, orange or lemonade
- 2 tbsp. l gelatin powder
- 2 tbsp. l Sahara
- Special equipment: two silicone molds at 50 bears

Recipe preparation:
- In a small saucepan, combine fruit juice or lemonade, gelatin and sugar. Cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until gelatin and sugar do not completely dissolve, about 1 minute (make sure that there is no undissolved sugar at the bottom of the stewpan). If a foam forms, remove and discard. Pour mixture into volumetric a bowl.
- Lay the silicone molds on a flat surface and slowly fill each recess to the top. Stir the shapes slightly so that the mixture sank to the bottom. Chill in the freezer until the mixture does not harden, about 10 minutes. Keep the marmalade bears in airtight container at room temperature for 5 days.
