Marble Brownie

Two recipes with similar ingredients combined in this pie.

Bars made using this recipe are a combination of two famous desserts, cheesecake and pastries brownie fudge. The easiest way to achieve a marble effect with wooden skewers, but you can also use a toothpick or tip of a digital thermometer.

  • 110 gr. crushed semisweet chocolate

  • 5 large eggs at room temperature
  • 350 gr cream cheese cream at room temperature
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Recipe preparation:

  1. Place the wire rack in the middle of the oven, preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Fill a baking dish with dimensions of 20 by 30 cm., leaving an extra 5 cm on both sides. Lubricate the foil with oil. cocoa powder, salt and 1.5 tbsp. flour in a medium bowl. Melt butter and chocolate, stirring frequently, in a saucepan on medium the fire. Transfer to a bowl and let cool for 10 minutes. Add and beat 2 tbsp. sugar and 4 eggs. Add the flour mixture, alright mix. Cool for 10 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, whip together the cream cheese, vanilla extract, the remaining 0.33 tbsp. sugar and 1 egg using electric Mixer in a large bowl at medium high speed. Add the remaining 0.25 tbsp. flour and whisk, just to mix everything Ingredients.
  3. Use 2 scoops for ice cream or just large spoons to alternately lay out two whipped into prepared form mixes (you’ll get more brownie dough than cheesecake dough, just try to distribute the mixture as evenly as possible).
